We are unable to accept returns or issue exchanges or refunds on any tea orders.

If you received the WRONG items please contact us at within 3 business days and we’ll be sure to get you the RIGHT items ASAP!

What if my product is damaged or broken?

Not to worry. Email us at within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photographs and a brief description of the issue and we will be glad to offer a replacement.
