What is the Pot Heads Tea return policy?

We are unable to accept returns or issue exchanges or refunds on any tea orders. 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received the WRONG items please contact us at hello@potheadstea.com within 3 business days and we’ll be sure to get you the RIGHT items ASAP!

What if my product is damaged or broken?

Not to worry. Email us at hello@potheadstea.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photographs and a brief description of the issue and we will be glad to offer a replacement.
